This 100% pure silk embroidery floss shines like silk can. It is a wonderfully luxurious thread for your most beautiful embroidery. The silk is suitable for a wide variety of embroidery techniques, such as cross stitch, hardanger and much more. Of course you can also use the silk in many other ways. Personally, I really enjoy knitting the thread together with a handdyed yarn.
We dye this silk in our own studio. Unlike commercial embroidery threads, our threads will never be completely solid in color, you will always see the color shades that make hand-dyed threads so unique and special.

We take great care in photographing our yarns but colours may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
As always, certain colors are very difficult to get in the picture, especially certain shades of blue and orange. The blue shades contain more turquoise than you see in the photo and the orange-like shades in reality have more pink and red shades in addition to orange. In general, the colors are nicer in reality than in the picture! In the attached photos of the fades you can often see the colors better in combination with the other colors.
