If your order has been placed before 3:00 PM, it is expected that your order will be delivered within 2 working days (in the Netherlands). For orders to Belgium and Germany, the average delivery time is 3 working days. For other EU countries an average delivery time of 5 working days applies. For countries outside the EU zone, the delivery time can be up to 21 working days. If no delivery has taken place within this period, we request that you contact us at info@wolmetverve.com
For all our deliveries we use local transport companies and only with Track & Trace so that we and the recipient can track the package. We therefore only deliver to countries for which our carrier can guarantee this service and this at an advantageous rate. The number of countries to which we deliver outside the Euro zone is therefore limited. Do you still want to order from us and your country is not in the list? Please contact us at info@wolmetverve.com, we will try to make a suitable proposal for the shipment. The shipment is transferred by the local transport company to a transport company in the country of destination, often this is the local postal company but this can differ per country.
If 1 or more items are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the expected delivery time and to offer the opportunity to cancel the order.
Please note: shipping to a PO box is unfortunately not possible.
The Netherlands
The costs for a letterbox package (only possible in the Netherlands) are € 4.10 incl. VAT. Letterbox packages are possible for deliveries up to 300 grams and also depend on the volume of the product. vacuum packed. Most yarns are vacuum packed.
