The Basic Sock 6-ply is a hand dyed 6-ply fingering weight yarn and it is made with a hard-wearing blend of wool and nylon for extra strenght and durability. It's machine washable and perfect for knitting sock, garments and accessories.

As always, certain colors are very difficult to get in the picture, especially certain shades of blue and orange. The blue shades contain more turquoise than you see in the photo and the orange-like shades in reality have more pink and red shades in addition to orange. In general, the colors are nicer in reality than in the picture! In the attached photos of the fades you can often see the colors better in combination with the other colors.
